Nelly’s business experience encompasses management in technology, infrastructure, coastal, near shore and environmental projects as well as international transactional business experience. She served as chairperson of large mega infrastructure companies and gained experience in managing complex infrastructural and environmental projects of large and highly contaminated soil and groundwater, coastal and near shore aspects.
Nelly believes in technology-driven solutions that respect nature, bio-diversity and eco-systems and in the importance of cross-discipline learning, collaborations and thinking outside the box.
She speaks English, Italian, Hebrew and French.
Her hobbies include art, wine, travelling, photography and walking by the sea.

In late 2016 when we (YKK Europe Ltd.) took the decision to invest in Israel and establish a small manufacturing operation to exclusively supply our fastening products to Egyptian apparel manufacturers exporting products to the USA under the QIZ Program, the biggest challenge we faced was how best to coordinate the project. Nelly’s vast experience as a business person had a transformative impact on the smooth running of our company’s extensive pre-production preparation process. This included, inter alia, actively project managing the entire renovation process (converting the building from a low quality warehouse into a high specification, modern manufacturing facility to meet with YKK’s stringent requirements) while coordinating the recruitment of our local management and production teams and liasing with authorities, municipalities and Government Ministries.
Nelly Sneh is an outstanding professional, highly focused, determined, diligent, committed and very passionate.
